If you find yourself at a loose end and craving a bit of live rugby league then why not get yourself to Headingley tomorrow night (Wednesday) for the Yorkshire v. Lancashire Legends game in support of Ryan Hallís and Mark Gleesonís Testimonials.

Some of the greats of the Super League era will be pulling on their boots for a full contact, full eighty minutes, full blooded battle of the counties as a Ryan Hall coached Yorkshire take on a Sam Tomkins coached Lancashire.

The Yorkshire side are captained by Leeds and Yorkshire legend Jamie Peacock with Lancashire being skippered by another South Stand favourite Adrian Morley.

There is a heavy Leeds bias to the two line ups and fans will be also be able to see the likes of Mark Calderwood, Richie Mathers, Keith Senior, Chev Walker and Kylie Leuluai. Other Yorkshire players include Robbie Hunter-Paul, Chris Thurman, Danny Orr and Lee Gilmour.

But Lancastrian fans are also well catered for as the game doubles up as Mark Gleesonís Testimonial with Gleason pulling on a shirt. The game promises to be competitive and Lancashire players will include; Denis Betts, Paul Wood, Barrie McDermott, Paul Wellens, Mick Cassidy and Sean Long. It is rumoured that the Lancashire side have even been training.

Tickets cost £10 for adults, £5 for over-65s, students and under-21s and £3 for 16-year-olds and under and the game starts at 7pm.

Some of the proceeds will be donated to Rugby League Cares. There is also going to be entertainment on beforehand including; birds of prey and the chance to take part in a fans training challenge form 5:30.
